CHECK-IN: The scheduled check-in time is between 11:00 and 15:30 on the day of arrival. Arrivals outside the check-in times must be communicated in advance and incur an additional charge of €20.00.

 Upon arrival in the structure each guest must go to the acceptance, deliver a valid identity document, communicate all the data necessary for the stay and pay the amount of the stay.

Guests will be escorted to their assigned room and the keys for access will be given to them. In case of loss or damage to such material provided there will be a charge of €10.00.

 

CHECK-OUT: It must be done between the 8:30 and the 10.00 of the day of departure. Guests are advised to weld any extras the night before departure.

 

ANIMALS: Small pets allowed only on request and for a fee.

 

WEEKLY CLEANING: Included in the price

 

DAILY CLEANING: Not included, available on request with price surcharge. 

 

BEDDING: Change every 7 days. 

 

BATH TOWELS: Change every 3 days.

 

COURTESY SET: Free 

 

BREAKFAST: In the formula of Bed and breakfast, breakfast is included in the price and is served, unless several agreements with the direction, from 8:00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.. Please notify us when booking any known food intolerances and allergies. 

 

GUEST BEHAVIOUR: Within each room a number of people are allowed, corresponding to the number of beds and not higher. Customers will have to keep the volume of the TV and any other electronic and sound equipment low so that they do not Disturb other guests. Any damage created to the structure must be refunded. Children under the age of 18 will always have to be supervised by an adult who is responsible for it. The property is not liable for any accidents and/or damages. 

 

SMOKING:  is strictly prohibited throughout the property. 

 

HOURS OF SILENCE: Guests must respect the hours of silence from 23:00 to 8:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. 

 

MOTOR VEHICLES: The hotel offers free private parking, but not guarded for guests.

 

DOORS AND WINDOWS: Please close doors, windows, blinds always at your exit, for obvious reasons. Never leave the keys on the door. 

 

LIGHTS, TAPS AND AIR CONDITIONING: Please close the taps, turn off the lights on unnecessarily and air conditioning both inside the private rooms and inside the common room.

 

CLEANING: Please leave the common room in order as it was delivered at the beginning of your stay.

 

APPLIANCES: (Tv, air conditioners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc...) are delivered working and therefore please report any anomalies within the first 12 hours of your stay. 

When staying at the Relais del Pievano the customer agrees to accept and comply with this regulation, otherwise the management reserves the right to dismiss the defaulting persons.
